TEAM EAST COAST @ ROBERTO "CYBORG" ABREU SEMINAR

Today myself and Shannon White attended the Roberto "Cyborg" Abreu seminar held at Ruff House Jiu-Jitsu in Columbus.  It is at the top of the list of seminars i have attended, Cyborg's attention to detail and love for jiu-jitsu is amazing as well as inspiring.  I strongly recommend any of you that has the chance to train or to be apart of one of his seminars to do so.
